This past month, alongside the @makerere University of Kampala Uganda, we were privileged to have conducted a mid-line survey in the villages of Kasese.

Being village chairman, Isaac’s responsibility to the community ranges from mere political duties to social responsiblities in ensuring the progress of the community such as the improvement in school attendance due to availability of funds in families due to the unconditional cash transfers.
